When no more downloading slots are free, most bots add you to a waiting list to ensure high downloading speeds for the other users. You could wait for the bot to come online again, but we suggest you should simply choose a different bot, read a different search result from your search engine of choice. In this case, you should get a message in the server window, telling you the command you send went nowhere because the user it was addressed to was not to be found.
